This machine does exactly what it is supposed to, we have had it for a little over 2 months and have had no issues with it, we researched many other models and why are all the reviews so bi-polar? Some are great, others say it is horrible, it is a good machine, we can count with ease and it has been extremely accurate, it has never jammed. I would purchase again if I needed to.
