Very easy to use and value for money. But sometimes when I try to count on multiple mixed notes, the result shows different every time with additional function. Otherwise the machine is good.
I need to know if the machine shows any disturbance, where I’ve to go for service.
Also, I didn’t get a cleaning brush, fuse, rubber roller & conveyor belt in my packaging.

Bought this machine three months back…
Started using it on a regular basis it gives accurate reports like I feed at least 50 parties collections separately using the function ADD after counting each party collection I check the total and the currency wise it gives an accurate report. The thing is you can feed the multi-currency at once, it reports perfect.
Strongly recommend it.
Don’t know about the life of it… But for me it has paid me already.

I bought this for a friend who runs a small business and was always complaining about how long it took her to count everything out at the end of the day. I made sure it worked and everything was there before giving it to her and it was perfect! It counts very quickly and is always accurate. She tells me she really enjoys that she doesn’t have to worry about counterfeits slipping thru. She did mention that it’s really heavy and she wishes it was a little bit smaller so she could move it around more easily but other than that she loves it and it has made her evenings much much easier.

After the careful study ended up buying this one and am quite pleased. Works as advertised. Can’t believe how fast it is. Don’t understand what all the fuss is about that external, plug in the screen when you don’t really need it. The main display shows everything. The cordon mine uses the old standard home phone style low voltage plug, so maybe that’s an improvement. The unit also came with a couple of surprises not mentioned in the ad, such as a replacement belt, and one of those counterfeit detection pens. Quite a great deal overall
